Free Math Videos
I also do one-on-one in home or library tutoring, and online tutoring.
These videos are FREE VIDEO SOLUTIONS to the questions in the McGraw Hill Ontario Grade 12 Advanced Functions textbook. I am currently doing these in my spare time.
Who will benefit from these videos
The first set of video solutions will be for the Grade 12 Functions course. Current grade 12 students taking Advanced Functions and all other students that plan to take Grade 12 Advanced Functions will benefit. Teachers will answer fewer questions, and parents will spend less on tutoring. This could result in more students passing Grade 12 Advanced Functions, and in future when videos are made for all grades more students will excel at all levels of Math and all other subjects.
How you can helpIf you want me to make videos faster you can subscribe, or contribute to my Go Fund Me Campaign. If you subscribe, I will receive part of the ad revenue. If you contribute to my Go Fund Me Campaign I will also have more money to help with making more math videos. Each video takes about an hour. Each book takes about 1000-1500 hours. I can do a book in 1-2 years part time, or I can do a book in 4-12 months with finacial help and people subscribing to my youtube channel. I would suggest that Grade 11, and 12 students who want to watch these videos help with $1-$10 and subscribe to my youtube channel. Ontario has 1,000,000 students in Grade 11, and Grade 12. Ontario has 919 Secondary Schools. It would be great if schools or community tutoring programs tried to donate $50-100 and subscribed to my youtube channel, I could hire someone to help me. All Ontario Math books could have solutions to all textbooks only a few years. Videos for Physics, Chemistry and Biology and all other subject will be done after Math.
How to use the Videos
The idea is that students with a problem can watch a video. Each video begins with the full worked out solution. The video of me doing the question will start after 15 seconds into the video. Students can watch the beginning of the video to see the full worked out solution. Students can pause the video on the full solution and check their work. If students need more help they can watch the remainder of the video and see how to get the full solution. If they still need more help they can use an online or in person tutor, or ask a friend, or their teacher. I am also available for online or in person, one-on-one or group tutoring at your home or local library.
